Delete your Retail Stock account

Retail Stock is published by Yair Myint Moh. This page explains how to have your account and its data permanently deleted.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request from the email address registered on the account to contact@yairmyintmoh.com, or message @ymm_1930 on Telegram. Include:

• the email address on the account,
• your shop name (if you are the shop owner).

You can also start the same request inside the app: Settings → My Account → Request Account Deletion.

What gets deleted

• A shop owner's account: the shop and everything in it - items, stock movements, sales, receipts, expenses, returns, supplier and customer credit records, uploaded photos - plus every staff account attached to that shop.
• A staff account: that person's profile, photo and login. The shop's business records belong to the shop owner and remain with the shop.

How long it takes

Accounts are deleted within 30 days of the request. Encrypted backups may hold a copy for up to a further 30 days before they roll off. Nothing is retained after that except where we are legally required to keep it.
